Corporate Reporting and Instructions for Records
We are committed to leading with integrity, transparency, and accountability. As a 501(c)(3) nonprofit corporation, we believe that it is important for our donors, partners, and the general public, to have access to information about how we use our resources and to see what impact we are having to those whom we serve and within the community.
All requests for records must be made in writing and mailed to:

We will fulfill requests for public inspections in accordance with and as required by the Internal Revenue Service guidelines and the State of Texas business statutes and the Texas Administrative Code. Please include a detailed description, dates, and use of the records you are requesting. After we receive your request an invoice will be generated for copies fee as allowed by the Texas Administrative Code. The requester may be required to submit prepayment for copies. In order to avoid this fee we have made the following records below available for immediate public inspection. This webpage is updated periodically by the Website Administrator.
